Aaron's Great Train Adventure!

Gramps, Aaron, Trisha (mom) and Ian (dad) had a grand time on Aaron's first train ride from Irvine to San Juan Capistrano. Now if we could just tone down the train and horn noise we would have it made. Gramps and Aaron had the time of their lives. Isn't it amazing looking at something we take for an everyday occurrence through young new eyes. Life sure is wonderful! Click here to see entire trip album.

Seattle's First Day of Preschool!

The morning finally came, much to my granddaughter Seattle's delight, she was so excited to go to preschool. She carried her 'new' lunchbox, 'new' backpack and wore her 'new' shoes. Her sister Savannah tagged along to go to her new daycare.

Fall

I guess we are officially into the fall season! Our hill up here in northern California has beautiful fall colors. I thought I would share some of them. It's so gorgeous. The air is crisp and clear. The Sierra Mountains, just 2,000 ft above us, is expecting snow in the next two days. What a change of weather!
